2. We only count one download per unique IP every 24 hours from premium users.

3. We pay you 5% commissions of all premium accounts sold via your download links.

4. We pay you 20% of your referrals' earnings.

5. Our payout rates do not carry any levels.

6. We count every successfully completed download.

7. Downloads of files smaller than 1MB do not qualify.

8. 512 Kbytes/sec for free users download speed and unlimited download speed for premium users.

9. Minimum payment amount is $20.

10. You can request payout anytime via PayPal, Webmoney and Liberty Reserve. We approve and pay all requested payments every Monday.
